How do I know if The Wearable Gospel! will accept my item for exchange?

We will accept your item for exchange if it is not:

·                     Scratched, damaged or shows any signs of wear to the ring

·                     T-Shirts that are worn, cut, or stained and / or shows signs of being worn

·                     Any item that was shipped to a P.O. box and not claimed - we completed our end

·                     Over 30 days from invoice date

How to handle an exchange with The Wearable Gospel!

·                     Contact us, via email, with your request for an exchange

·                     The proper email address to use is exchanges@TheWearableGospel.com

·                     Approval or denial will be granted for your exchange

·                     You, the customer, will be responsible for return shipping costs to The Wearable Gospel!

·                     You may send an item directly to us along with $3.00 return shipping.

·                     Return shipping to you is via First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation

·                     Return Shipping cost to you is $3.00, which includes the item being exchanged, bubble wrap envelope, shipping and Delivery Confirmation

·                     Item to be exchanged will not ship out until payment for shipping cost has been received.

·                     Different products come from different suppliers.  The correct address will be supplied at the appropriate time.

Rings

It is very important that you prepare any rings that are to be sent back to us properly. A simple envelope will not do as evidenced by the picture below. It is imperative to NOT have a ring go through any of the mail sorting machines the Post Office uses.

The best way to prepare rings to be returned is to package them in bubble wrap. Mail sent back to us using USPS Priority Service does not go through mail sorting machines, however it can cost a lot more. First Class Mail is the next best option. We highly recommend using:

1.)   a bubble wrap envelop and

2.)   adding Delivery Confirmation to any rings being returned.

As an added measure of protection, put the words "Hand Cancel" on the outside to ensure it will not go through any mail sorting machines.

Different products come from different suppliers.  The correct address will be supplied at the appropriate time.

When our people report the ring as returned in re-sellable condition, we will exchange your item just as quickly as we can.
